"⭐ Rating: 1/5 We finalized this catering service just 2 days before our event for a group of 10–13 people at a farmhouse in Noida, booked from 23rd to 25th October. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and clearly showed a lack of professionalism and experience in handling catering at a remote location. The farmhouse manager initially shared the wrong location with the caterer. However, the caterer took the manager’s contact number from us and agreed to coordinate all logistics directly, so this should not have affected meal timings. Still, every meal was delayed by at least one hour for all three days, and the same location issue was repeatedly used as an excuse. Food Quality & Quantity Issues: 23rd Lunch: Very basic food. The rice quality was poor and dal quantity was also very less. 23rd Dinner: The dal makhni had double salt, and the kheer was literally milk mixed with rice – no taste or texture. Rishabh accepted it was his mistake and even suggested we change caterers, but we had no alternative at such short notice. 24th (All meals): Taste was decent, but again every meal was delayed by over an hour. 25th (Checkout Day – Worst Experience): Idli–sambar breakfast was completely mismanaged: • Idlis were countable and clearly insufficient • Chutney was provided in a very small box which the caterer said was “not less” for 13 people (picture attached) • Omelettes were made at the venue, but: • Only 12 eggs were used for 12–13 people • No bread, butter, sauce, or proper accompaniments were provided • When questioned, we were told our “diet is more”, which is completely unacceptable for buffet-style catering We had 13 senior citizens with us. Buffet catering means being prepared if someone eats more — this was not a thali system, yet food was served like one. Eventually, they arranged bread and Maggi in a hurry because we had to check out. Additional Issues: • Tea was served in very poor quality disposable cups • Cutlery quality was also very cheap • The caterer clearly does not taste food before serving • If they cannot manage transporting food 45–60 minutes from kitchen to venue, three times a day, they should not accept such catering orders Payment: We paid ₹37,500 for this catering. Despite all the issues, we still paid the full amount. Only Positive: The owner was polite and did help us with additional items we ordered through quick commerce due to the remote location — which we appreciate. "I opted their service for dinner on my daughter's birthday and literally the taste of the food was awesome. I will highly recommend them for everyone who don't want to take burden of catering staff and others stuff. They themselves arrange every thing by their own. I loved the food and will call them every time on such occasions to serve e the delicious food."

"We had organized a party of 20 people at our home. Everyone enjoyed the food. The food was tasty and healthy, cooked with good ingredients without much oil and ghee. The set up and service was good. The staff were well behaved and polite Overall, good experience and some of the guests ask about cattrer for future."
